Farewell
This pic above was actually a personally-decorated board given as a farewell gift to the Cedar Outstanders. PRETTY ISN'T IT? (especially with my name on it. Haha!) Okays, so now I wanna extend my gratitude to the cedar netballers, especially Cedar Blaze, for the heart-warming farewell chalet party. From the games, to our team's video, to bbq and finally the gifts. You had put in much effort to make it work and I really appreciate it. I hope that cedar netball will achieve a greater success than what we had this year. You know you have the potential in yourselves and what's left is to BELIEVE that you can achieve. Undeniably, you are physically strong but don't forget to be mentally strong too alrights. What you've got is what it takes and what is takes is what you've got, yes? There's never an 'I' in a team game, for it has always been a 'we'. Therefore, have each other's back and support one another because the greatest happiness in this game in to win as a whole team. That's why it's known as a team afterall. It has been a wonderful journey for me and getting to know you, cedar netballers, is my pleasure. Lastly, like what we've always said,
"WE MUST, WE CAN, WE WILL, CEDAR!"
(cedar colours okay! hehe)

From a sports kukuhead with no sports background in Sec 1 to what I am now, all of you had contributed to a positive change in my life. Something which I'll remember for a lifetime. I wanna thank this beautiful bunch of people for teaching me the meaning beyond the words endurance, perserverance, trusts, confidence and most importantly, teamwork. We played not only with our skills but also with our heart, our passion. At times, we'll have our differences, conflicts, misunderstandings and what nots but we knew that we'll sort them out eventually. I'll miss the way we support each other so that we'll have that drive to push our abilities further -the constant "Jia you", "C'mon everyone", "We can do this" and "Keep going". Since lower sec, we had always aimed to achieve something to make Cedar proud before we graduate. Never afraid to dream. And this year, we had proved to many people and ourselves that we had what it takes to be national top 4. Throughout these 4 years, we had cried, laughed, crapped, get scoldings and played together. Such inevitable memories of going through thick and thin. No matter what happens in the future, we know that we'll shine through for we are the OUTSTANDERS.
I'm such a wonderfool bloodyfool okays. To think that I lost the pictures of the gorgeous cupcakes Farah made yesterday for farewell. When I was about to transfer from phone to comp, suddenly POOF! They're gone and what's left is a sad Irdayu. The cupcakes were REALLY PRETTY okay! and adding on to that, there were initial letters of our names on it. Since I'm unable to post a pic of the cupcake, I put up a tarian's pic because we didn't take a pic of MLDDS-ers as a whole. Anyhoos, thanks to Nana, Farah, Junie and other MLDDS girls for the awesome and sweet farewell. I must say it's well-planned and I especially love the amazing race and water bomb. Girls, don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone alrights? Go all out and do whatever you've got to do if you think whatever you are doing is for the best of MLDDS. You may just be a society club but you deserve to shine too. As cliche as it may sounds, when there's a will, there's a way yes? I wish you all the best for both dance and drama. You'll always have the seniors' support for any competitions you're in.
To my Sec4s and jawatankuasa friends, I thank you for making my experience in ML an fantastic one. The sessions where we danced our hearts out, the games and the gossips. haha. I remembered how some of us used to call each other by names such as monyet mcmuffin, platypusy spaghetti, badak burger, lipas lollipop and etc. Looking back, I think that it's cute indeed. KAN??!(: And yes, for us too, we finally performed a PROPER dance this year as Cedar tarianers before we left Cedar. Thank God. Nevertheless, the Cedar ML drama girls are awesome too, clinching the 1st Runner up. I guess it's kinda beautiful ending afterall. Finally, I want to apologize to you people if I were a lousy secretary and also for my inconsistent attendance due to netball commitment. Sorry again yea. I'm honoured to have the opportunity to work with you. Best wishes for future endeavours!
