I managed to watch bahas 4PM semi finals just now. It wasn't in my plan at first but perhaps I was fated to find out about it on the day itself, thanks to the NP team when I bumped into them at Macs. My brain was malfunctioning and it was blank when I chatted with those NP people because initially I forgot who they were. But I just continued chatting since they look like they know me until I figured out who they were eventually. Not that I forgot my friends but it's just that they weren't in my group for bahas camp and we never talked before. Alhamdulillah it was a good start. So anihoos, I was calling people to accompany me to watch my fellow friends bahas and sweet Dalila willingly came to Tampines library after much persuasion. Thanks Dalila! So what's next for finals? The awesome people from RJC and MA. Especially to dear friends, Naz and Rahmat, all the best to you guys! These two schools comprises of great debaters I must say. To those schools who didn't manage to make it to finals, please don't be disheartened because y'all did fabulous still.
Reminiscence. I was blog-hopping and found bahas 4PM photos and a video montage(which I can't seem to upload). I realised how much I missed the Perkampungan Bahas from 29th-31st May. Made new friends, learnt new things and shared experiences. I missed the guidance of our facis. I missed the games that bonded all of us. I missed the ultra torturing and gruelling 8 rounds of bahas marathon(which we escaped a few of them, seriously exhausting). I missed to finger-licking good food on the last day. I missed how we deprived ourselves from beauty sleep just to prepare for bahas the next morning.I missed Wowlicious and our cute cheer. I missed everything. Not forgetting, special thanks to Kak Fiela from Malaysia who guided and helped unpack the topic when it was already nearing to 2am. I don't mind the fact that I had GP exam, the day after bahas camp ended and had to go to school with a zombified face. It was all worthwhile.
Ayu harap semua berada dalam keadaan sihat wal'afiat. Insyallah, kita bertemu lagi. Salam Rindu.
